KeenTools FaceBuilder is a node plugin for Nuke that can create 3D models of human faces or heads based on multiple photos. The models can be later used for geometry tracking with GeoTracker or facial tracking with FaceTracker, and of course, they can be exported for further modifications in any other 3D software.
Installation Steps
- Disable antivirus, otherwise the registration machine may be mistakenly deleted
- Close Nuke and install the corresponding version plugin
- Run the registration machine BDY-KT_2024-KG.exe as administrator, click "Patch hosts file" If there is no permission, you can manually edit C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts with Notepad, and add: 127.0.0.1 license-check.keentools.io
- Click "Patch pubkey" and select C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nuke\XX\plugins\KeenTools\plugin_libs\KeenTools.dll in the pop-up window
Supported Versions
- V2024.3.0 version supports Nuke 14.1/15.1
- V2025.2.0 version supports Nuke 16.0
